Description

Salary: 80k-100k salary (but it depends on the experience of the candidate)

An HR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within an organization. The role requires a strong understanding of employment law, employee relations, and talent management. The HR Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with the overall goals of the organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• 3 years and Up experience as an HR Manager
• Must have BPO experience
• Experience and knowledgeable of PH Labor Law or Labor Relations
• Understanding of HR concepts especially employee experience and change management
• Experience and skills in developing and maintaining documentation and reporting
• Skilled in staff engagement and monitoring
• Able to independently manage team members and cases, both internal and external
