Description

Job Overview: The Customer Service Representative (Airline Account) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients of an airline company. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, complaints, and resolve problems in an efficient and professional manner while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, baggage, and other airline services to customers
• Assist customers in booking, modifying, or canceling flights, and handling special requests such as wheelchair assistance or meal requests
• Identify and resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely and professional manner
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Maintain customer records and documentation accurately and confidentially
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
• Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the company

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• at least HS Grad(old curriculum)/SHS Grad/College Undergrad with atleast 6 months BPO Experience
• 4 year college grad - no experience needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Amenable to work on site
• At least 18 years of age
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
• Available to start ASAP
