Description
A Call Center Representative or Agent assists clients with their questions and helps to resolve product or service issues. They are in charge of providing assistance from start to finish in order to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
- At least HS/SHS graduates
- Must be residing within Negros Occidental
- Excellent communications skills
- Amenable to WORK ON SITE
- Computer literate and good web navigation skills​
- Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Available to start ASAP​
