Description
Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting clients who have purchased bonds and stocks as well as other financial products. They are in charge of guiding consumers, serving as a middleman between buyers and sellers, discussing financial objectives, figuring out client needs, recommending products, and monitoring markets.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months CCE
- Preferably a college degree
- Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
- Willing to work Full Time
