Description
Call Center Agent is in charge for responding to client calls, addressing their concerns, and troubleshooting. They handle both inbound and outbound phone calls with customers to make sure that everyone receives the help and support they needed as as quickly as possible.
Qualifications
* Experience in Customer Service SALES is required
* At least HS/SHS Graduate
* With excellent English communication skills (both Oral and Written)
* Experience on phone, email, and live chat support is preferred but not required
* Willing to work Full-time/Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
* Amenable to work on-site
