Description

Job Description:
• will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff,
• distributing pay,

Qualifications

Requirements:
• 3 years and up experience as an HR manager
• Must have BPO experience
• Experience and knowledgeable of PH Labor Law or Labor Relation
• Understanding of HR concepts especially employee experience and change management
• Experience and skills in developing and maintaining documentation and reporting
• Skilled in staff engagement and monitoring
• Able to independently manage team members and cases both internal and external
