Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative for an Airline Account, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to airline travel bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. You will provide information about the airline's products and services, resolve customer complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
π πΎπͺπ΅π²π―π²π¬πͺπ½π²πΈπ·πΌ:
Must be 18 years of age and above
Atleast High School Graduate with diploma/certificate
Must not be a student/enrolled and should have no plans in pursuing their studies within 2 years employment in TP.
Willing to work Full-Time and in shifting schedule (No Part-Time)
Candidates must not be a former Teleperformance employee
No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
Average to Excellent communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
