Description
Internet Television Account handle inbound customer service support calls from different customers. Moreover, solving all customers concern and problem with best information and targeting high numbers of sales and maintaining productivity.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 6 Months of any Call Center Experience (Local/Non Voice/Blended)
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Quick thinking, ability to retain information and attentive to details.
- Must be willing to work immediately and to work onsite
Salary Package - 22,300 a month
