Qualifications
- Completed 2 years in college(with at least 72 units)+ 6 months of customer service experience in any industry
- Graduates of 4-year course with or without work experience may apply
- Has a good customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- willing to work on-site
