Urgent Hiring CSR - Taguig Site
Salary: PHP16000 - PHP18000 per month
Job Types: Full-time; Permanent

Your day-to-day in a nutshell
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Developing and maintaining accurate files
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications

18 years old and above
College Graduates -no experience
At least HS Graduate(old curriculum) must have at least 1-6 months BPO exp. handling International Voice Accounts
No prior application in Teleperformance in the last 30 days
Computer savvy
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Can start immediately
