TAKE MINUTES DURING MEETINGS
SCREEN AND DIRECT PHONE CALLS AND DISTRIBUTE CORRESPONDENCE
ORGANIZE AND MAINTAIN THE OFFICE FILING SYSTEM

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS :
Work Experience as an Executive Assistance, Pesonal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skils
Familiarity with officer gadgets and applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skils
Discretion and confidentiality
Highschool degree
PA Diploma or certification is a plus
