Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for financial travel account clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to travel bookings, payments, and account management.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing strong communication skills to ensure clients receive accurate information and appropriate support.
Collaborate with other members of the travel and financial teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions that meet the client's needs.
Provide education and guidance to clients on financial products and services related to travel, including credit cards, travel insurance, and loyalty programs.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional financial products and services that meet clients' needs and goals.
Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and ensure that clients are satisfied with the level of service they are receiving.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and ensure that client data is kept confidential and secure.
Act as an ambassador for the travel company and financial institution, promoting their brand and values through every client interaction.

Qualifications

at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
with/without BPO experience
Excellent Communication skills
Willing to work on site
