They play a critical role in building customer loyalty and maintaining customer satisfaction. CSRs work in a variety of settings, including call centers, retail stores, and online chat support.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products or services
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Qualifications:
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Good communication and computer navigation skills
• Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
• Willing to work Full Time
