Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Responding to phone and email inquiries as soon as possible.
- Referring questions to your line manager if you are unable to respond.

- Providing information about members' benefits to members and health care practitioners.
Salary:
Php 30,000 base pay

Qualifications

Requirements:
- PH Registered nurse
- with active PRC license
- Must have at least 1 yr bedside experience
- has good customer service orientation
- has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in MS office and interenet browsing
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Pasig or Quezon City area
