Description

Duties/Responsibilities You'll take inbound calls from clients looking to place purchases, address questions, handle grievances, solve serious customer service issues, and give general information. You will be a part of the team that consumers who are interested in our products first contact, and you will be in charge of helping them make phone and online purchases. Through voice and online interactions, you will also educate clients about the terms and features of the product and convey a professional company image.

-Applicant must be at least 18 years old
- Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum)/senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Above Average English communication skills
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
- Willing To Work On Site +
- At least 1 month Experience of Call Center Agent
