Description

As a Customer Service Representative for our Auto Finance Account, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients who have financed their vehicle through our company. You will be the primary point of contact for clients who have questions about their auto finance account, payments, and other related inquiries. You will also be responsible for ensuring that client information is accurate and up-to-date in our system.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to clients who have financed their vehicle through our company
Answer client inquiries regarding account balances, payment due dates, interest rates, and other related matters
Assist clients in setting up automatic payments, updating their contact information, and other account maintenance tasks
Investigate and resolve client complaints and issues related to their auto finance account
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our system
Collaborate with other departments such as collections, sales, and finance to ensure client needs are met
Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of auto finance industry regulations

Qualifications
