Description

We are seeking a customer service representative who will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our customers in the video streaming industry. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will require the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and recommendations
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Recording and documenting customer interactions and feedback
• Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or senior management
• Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on products and services
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• At least HS or SHS graduate
• WAHA with 25mbps
• Must live at least 2 hours away from Baguio
• Excellent communication skills
• Good to excellent communication skills
• At least 1-3 months CCE
