Description

•Responsibilities:
-Provide customer service and support through phone, email, or chat
-Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
-Accurately document customer interactions
-Stay up-to-date on new products and services
-Escalate customer complaints or feedback to management

Qualifications

•Requirements:
-Applicant must be at least 18 years old
-At Least High School Graduate (OLD CURRICULUM/SHS NEW CURRICULUM
-with or withouth BPO Experience
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with customer service software
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Willingness to work flexible hours
- Willing to Work Onsite ASAP
