Description

We are seeking a customer service and technical support representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. This position will require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to software, hardware, and other technology products
• Providing guidance to customers on how to use and maintain their technology products
• Billing and subscription inquiries
• Escalating complex issues to senior technical support or management as needed
• Documenting and recording customer interactions and feedback
• Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on products and services
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• At least HS or SHS graduate
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Work From Home/Work On-site

WFH Requirements:
• Minimum upload speed of 5 MBPS
• Minimum download speed of 10 MBPS
• Wired connection from modem/router to PC
• Conductive workspace away from distractions
• Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss
