Description

Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming calls from patients, families, or healthcare providers and providing triage or medical advice over the phone
-Documenting patient interactions and medical advice given in the call center's electronic health records (EHR) system or other documentation tools
-Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide appropriate care and support to patients
-Coordinating care and follow-up with patients, healthcare providers, and payers as needed to ensure continuity of care
-Educating patients and families on medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care management strategies
-Advocating for patients and families to ensure they receive appropriate medical care and services
-Providing emotional support and crisis intervention to patients and families as needed
-Participating in ongoing training and education to maintain and update knowledge of nursing best practices and regulatory requirements
-Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to patient care, documentation, and confidentiality
-Performing other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.

Salary:
50K Base Pay plus 100K JoinPang Bonus

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• US Registered nurse and PH Registered nurse
• With active US license (valid for at least 6 months)
• With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
• Must have at least 1 year bedside experience
• Has good customer service orientation
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
• Temporary WAH - willing to relocate in Manila
• Willing to work in Pasig / Quezon City areas
