Description

Demonstrates timely accurate and professional customer service. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light.
Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures
Responsible for navigating computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolving the issues or queries which caused the customer to contact us
Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization's products or services.

Qualifications

Accounting and Finance Graduate and with at least 6 mos Accounts Receivable experience (non-negotiable)
(AR Experience: Related to Accounts Receivable, Collections, Account Reconciliation, Banking, Payment Allocation, Credit Hold)
Work On-site
Communication Skills is Average to Good
Must be 18 years of age and above
Computer navigation skills
Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
Willing to work Full Time
Willing to start immediately
