Description

As a Customer Service Representative in Auto Finance, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers who have auto loans. Your main objective is to ensure that customers have a positive experience with the company and feel valued throughout their auto loan journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers and assist with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their auto loan.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their loan balance, payment due dates, interest rates, and other loan-related details.

Work with customers to find solutions to their problems, such as adjusting their payment schedule, waiving late fees, or modifying their loan terms.

Update customer account information in the company's database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services to customers, such as extended warranties or refinancing options.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics, such as call quality, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

Escalate customer issues to management as needed, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1yr CCE
DAYSHIFT; Above Ave comms
with valid NBI clearance
Must have reached College Level education attainment for old curriculum
can ACCEPT SHS Grad for NEW Curriculum
