Responsibilities:
β’ Answering incoming calls from customers
β’ Resolving customer inquiries/requests
β’ Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
β’ Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
β’ Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Qualifications
Qualifications:
β’ Preferably with 1year intβl voice CCE
β’ Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
β’ Good communication and computer navigation skills
β’ Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
β’ Willing to work Full Time
