High Prio Telco Account, speaking to customers about new charges. Handling customer complaints. Maintaining customer records by updating their account information. Moreover, recommending potential products and services to suit a customer's needs

Qualifications

- At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) SHS Graduate
- Applicant must have at least 6 months BPO experience
- Good to excellent English communication and analytical skills
- Preferably Work Onsite

Salary Package - 18,000 a month
