Description

Salary:
Php 80 000.00-100 000.00/month

Job Summary :
The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIS
- Recruit, train ans supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- 6 years and up experience as an operations manager
- Must have BPO experience
- Experience in handling a team minimum of 20 ftes
- Skilled in managing real time agent monitoring and working in a fast pace environment
- Experience in developing and providing detailed reporting in staff activity, including areas for improvement
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
- Perform supervisory functions that include mentoring and motivating the agents as well as addresses any attendance or scheduling challenges
