As a Customer Service Representative, you are the primary brand advocate of the account to which you will be assigned. You will deliver outstanding support to the customers and clients of the world’s biggest and most sought-after brands. Answering incoming call/resolving inquiries from the customers in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience
• Have good above average to excellent communication skills in English
• Have a working knowledge of computers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Are willing to work on shifting schedule
