Description
As a Customer Service Representative in a telecommunications account, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to clients who are seeking technical support, billing assistance, or other inquiries related to telecommunications services such as internet, phone or cable TV.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
At least HS/SHS grad | with or without BPO experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Amenable to work on site
Applicants must be 18 years old
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
