Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Handling customer inquiries and requests
- Ensuring that customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Making use of a variety of client-based tools and applications for customer management and service.
- Providing cutting-edge service while remaining friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-Atleast Senior High School Graduate
- With atleast 6 months Call Center Experience
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills
- Willing to work on site
