Description
A Call Center Agent is in charge of answering client calls, dealing with their issues, and troubleshooting. They manage both incoming and outgoing phone calls from clients to guarantee that everyone gets the assistance and support they require as soon as possible.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age and above
- At least HS/SHS graduate
