Description

Customer service representatives help customers with their questions or inquiries, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and calmly help them with their complaints. They respond to calls and provide worthy solutions to the customers so that they leave them satisfied with the products and services.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and above
• With excellent English Communication Skills (Both Oral and Written)
• Willing to work Full-time/Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
• Amenable to work on-site
* At least Senior High School Graduate
* Has strong verbal, written, and comprehension communication skills
* Willing and able to start immediately
