Description

A Call Center Agents in a telecommunications account is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient support to clients. The primary role of a CSR in a telecommunications account is to act as the first point of contact for customers and resolve any issues they may have with the company's products and services.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
Gathering and documenting customer information, concerns, and feedback.
Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating more complex problems to higher level support staff.
Providing customers with product information, pricing, and promotions.
Offering solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs and resolve customer complaints.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Providing updates to customers on the status of their inquiries and following up as needed.
Staying up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions.
Participating in training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills.
Adhering to company policies and procedures and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Qualifications
