Description

We are seeking a call center agent who will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our customers in the financial and travel industries. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will require the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries related to travel bookings, financial transactions, and account management
• Assisting customers with billing and payment questions, account balances, and transaction history
• Providing guidance to customers on travel policies, flight schedules, and other travel-related topics
• Handling customer complaints and issues, including disputed charges, booking cancellations, and changes
• Processing financial transactions and providing support with online banking and account management
• Documenting and recording customer interactions and feedback
• Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on financial and travel policies and procedures
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• At least HS/SHS Graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Work On-site
