Customer Service interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about processes, products, or services; handle and resolve complaints. Also refer complex matters to professional or managerial staff.

Qualifications

✅ At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) SHS Graduate
✅ At least 6 mos BPO Experience
✅ Excellent communication and analytic skills | Work Onsite
✅ Has good customer service orientation
