You will be the primary point of contact for customers who have questions, concerns, or issues with their auto loan, and your goal will be to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers and respond to their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions or escalate the issue to a higher authority if necessary.
Assist customers in making payments, managing their account, and resolving any issues related to their auto loan.
Provide information about loan products, interest rates, payment options, and other relevant information to customers.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating the root cause of the problem, providing accurate information, and offering a suitable resolution.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide effective and accurate information to customers.
Work collaboratively with other teams, such as collections, underwriting, and sales, to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide timely and accurate information to customers.
Meet or exceed customer service and satisfaction goals, including call quality, customer retention, and resolution time.
Participate in training programs, coaching sessions, and team meetings to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
