Description

Job Description
As a Technical Support Representative for a Telecommunication Account, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers with telecommunication products and services. You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through the resolution process, and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

𝓠𝓾π“ͺ𝓡𝓲𝓯𝓲𝓬π“ͺ𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓼:

Must be 18 years of age and above
Atleast High School Graduate with diploma/certificate
Must not be a student/enrolled and should have no plans in pursuing their studies within 2 years employment in TP.
Willing to work Full-Time and in shifting schedule (No Part-Time)
Candidates must not be a former Teleperformance employee
No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
Average to Excellent communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Available to start ASAP
