Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support for products and services
- Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing, and assisting customers in choosing the right products for their needs
- Troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance and instruction to customers, and working with the technical support team to resolve more complex issues
- Ensuring that orders are accurate, processing payments, and updating customer information as needed
- Tracking customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and working with management to implement changes that improve the customer experience

Qualifications
