Description

As a Customer Service Representative for an Online Streaming Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to users of the streaming platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns, and you will work to resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be expected to handle a high volume of customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to users of the streaming platform, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, and ensure all interactions are documented accurately in the customer service database.
Troubleshoot technical issues with the streaming platform and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Work collaboratively with other customer service representatives and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
Identify and report product bugs and issues to the appropriate team, ensuring that customer feedback is used to improve the platform.
Keep up-to-date with new product features and updates and communicate these changes to customers.
Handle billing inquiries, including refunds and cancellations.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience and suggest process improvements to management.

Qualifications

6 months BPO experience
Excellent Communication Skills

at least 18 years old
