Description
Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Provides excellent customer service while obtaining patient demographics
Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly.
Qualifications
Work on Site
At least 18 years old
HS/SHS Graduate
with at least 6 months BPO or Customer Service experience
Computer navigation skills
Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
Willing to work Full Time
Willing to start immediately
Fully Vaccinated
