Description

As a Customer Service Representative for an Internet Television account, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service to subscribers. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-quality customer service to subscribers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media
Resolve technical issues related to Internet Television service, such as connection issues, billing, and account management
Educate subscribers on the features and benefits of the service and guide them through the troubleshooting process
Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the technical team to improve the overall customer experience
Identify and escalate priority issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
Meet performance targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with changes to the service

Qualifications

At least 6 mos CCE (ANY CCE - international, local, non voice, blended)
Above Average Communications Skills
Computer literate
at least 18 years old
At least HS grad
Willing to work on site
