Qualifications

Your Experience Counts!
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years experience in consulting or sourcing and procurement roles within Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Hi-Tech, E-Commerce, Automotive, Oil & Gas, or similar industries.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale sourcing and procurement projects across areas such as strategic cost reduction, procurement transformation, sourcing optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and intelligent procurement initiatives.
Proficiency in source-to-pay technology solutions, including SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, IVALUA, or other procurement tools.
Experience in business process design, roadmap development, and business case creation for source-to-pay deployments.
Exposure to supply chain domains, including sourcing, planning, inventory management, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics processes.
Hands-on experience with data-driven transformation projects, cutover planning, and hypercare activities for source-to-pay transformation programs.
