Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing relationships with high net worth clients of the financial institution.This includes understanding their financial needs, identifying opportunities for additional services, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and working with the BPO team to address any issues that may impact service delivery.
- Identifying new financial products and services that the financial institution can offer, working with the clients to identify their needs, and presenting proposals for new business.
- Preparing and presenting budgets, managing costs, and ensuring that invoices are paid on time

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- At Least High School/Senior High School Graduate
- With or Without BPO experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Willing to work on site
- Must have NBI and Police Clearance
