Describe the role:
- Actively keep an eye on and maintain the phone system. This involves keeping an eye on users, servers, and trunk consumption.
- Plan for capacity and analyze trends to ensure that circuits and bandwidth are used as efficiently as possible for data and voice calls.
- Help with the creation, upkeep, and testing of the disaster recovery plan.
- Maintain communication with vendors of data and communications. This includes keeping track of and negotiating circuit contracts.
- Take part in meetings to discuss the telephony and data requirements for internal and external clients.
- Stay up-to-date with technology as it pertains to CareNet. This includes figuring out new skills that would enhance corporate value.
- Develop workflows and processes to improve the systems' manageability and usability. This also entails producing documentation.
- Use good project management, time management, and planning abilities. This includes exercising caution. forming plans for implementation and making suggestions or modifications.
- Support and troubleshoot equipment. Own, handle, and escalate issues, then put solutions into action while updating management on both progress and issues.
- Provide hardware, application, and end-user support.
- Aids the Quality Management committee in locating the necessary data.
- Attend to customer service demands 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and guarantee issue follow-through resolution.
- Ensure the data stored in databases and other data repositories, as well as the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data that is transmitted to, from, or through enterprise workstations, servers, and other systems.
- Verify that enterprise security policy is being followed.
- Comply with a recurring on-call schedule.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Experience in Customer Service SALES is REQUIRED
-At least Sr. High School graduate
-With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written)
-Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required
-Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
-Amenable to Report Onsite
