Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring telecommunications equipment: Telecommunications professionals are responsible for installing, configuring, and testing various telecommunications equipment such as switches, routers, modems, and other network devices.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting telecommunications systems: Telecommunications professionals are responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting telecommunications systems to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently. This may include identifying and resolving issues related to connectivity, performance, and security.
- Planning and designing telecommunications networks: Telecommunications professionals are responsible for planning and designing telecommunications networks, including analyzing requirements, selecting appropriate hardware and software, and creating detailed network diagrams.
- Monitoring network performance: Telecommunications professionals monitor network performance, analyzing network traffic and performance data to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential issues.
- Managing telecommunications projects: Telecommunications professionals may be responsible for managing telecommunications projects, including defining project objectives, creating project plans, and overseeing the execution of project activities.
- Providing technical support: Telecommunications professionals may provide technical support to users, helping them troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telecommunications equipment, software, and systems.
- Ensuring network security: Telecommunications professionals are responsible for ensuring the security of telecommunications networks and systems, including implementing and enforcing security policies, monitoring network activity for signs of security breaches, and responding to security incidents.
Qualification:
- Atleast 18 years old
- Atleast a high school/senior high school graduate
- Good english communication and interaction
- BPO experience preferred but not required
- Amenable to shifting schedules
