Description

As a Customer Service Representative in the Financial Travel Account, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients who are seeking assistance with their financial travel needs. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet the clients' needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of all interactions with clients.

Qualifications

at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
with/without BPO experience
Excellent Communication skills
