Description

The Customer Service Representative - Banking Account will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for banking customers. The ideal candidate should be able to handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails and chats in a professional and courteous manner, while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
• have Excellent communication skills
• with/without BPO Experience
• Amenable to work on site
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have working knowledge on computers
