Description
Customer service representatives help customers with their questions or inquiries, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and calmly help them with their complaints. They respond to calls and provide worthy solutions to the customers so that they leave them satisfied with the products and services.
Qualifications
WE NEED CANDIDATES WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years exp in a BPO (with at least 6 months in a healthcare account.)
within or in a 2 hour drive of Manila
excellent communication skills
100 MBPS internet speed or is willing to upgrade
willing to work on a graveyard shift
