Description
• Guidance of the users to support them in becoming more productive

Qualifications
• Senior/ High school Graduate more than 1 yr BPO experience handling international accounts.
• College graduate / Preferably completed 2 years of college education with at least 6 months of BPO experience
• Has a trouble shooting experience

• Has a good customer service orientation
• Effective with oral and written communication skills
