Description
Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Qualifications
• Requires at least 6 months of any Call Center Experience ( local/International/Voice/Nonvoice)
• At least SHS graduate • Good communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Savvy in computer & internet navigation
