currently has applicantsAs a Customer Service Representative for the Online Streaming Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to subscribers who require assistance with their accounts or streaming service. You will be the primary point of contact for subscribers, resolving any issues they may have, answering their questions, and providing assistance with their subscriptions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to subscriber inquiries regarding their accounts or streaming service, including billing, technical issues, and content questions, via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate and complete information to subscribers regarding their accounts or streaming service, including troubleshooting issues with streaming or accessing content.
Resolve subscriber issues in a timely and efficient manner, following company policies and procedures.
Escalate issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all subscriber interactions and transactions.
Assist subscribers with navigating the online streaming platform and accessing content.
Educate subscribers on new products and services and promote upgrades and special offers.
Work collaboratively with other team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality, security, and data protection.
Qualifications:
6 months BPO experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to work on site
