Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner. Answering telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner. Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them. Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• With active US license (valid for at least 6 months)
• With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
• Must have at least 1 year bedside experience
• Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
• Temporary WAH - willing to relocate in Manila
• Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City


For Temporary WAH Set-up:
Must have stable internet connection (at least 50mbps) /willing to upgrade if less than 50MBPS




Upon Hire:
Php 50,000 basic pay
Php 1,000 Flex fund allowance
HMO
20% night shift differential
13th month pay
PHP 1,000 for WAH (without any connectivity issues)


Upon production:
eligibility for variable pay (maximum of PHP 3,500) plus US license renewal maximum of 2 states


Upon regularization:
pay stated above + leave benefits, 1 free HMO dependent


Upon Certification:
Php 4,000 - Account premium allowance


Signing Bonus - Php 100,000
Account Premium (Tenure Premium) – Php 50,000 crediting spread from 13th month up to 24th month of employment
